Check Out Our
2016 Red Snapper Season:
June 1st thru July 14th!
The Fish’N Xpress will be on a different agenda for the 2015 season. We had the opportunity to join a 17 vessel collaborative participating in a government pilot program, and we are not fishing normal recreational allotted seasons. We are fishing an allotted quota based on government data we have supplied from previous seasons. We feel that this will allow us to better accommodate our valued customers.
Our fishermen will have the opportunity to keep one Red Snapper over 25 inches per trip for the rest of the 2015 season (or until further notice). Tickets allowing fishermen to keep one Red Snapper will be $80 plus tax.
The price of the regular 8 hour bottom trip will remain $70 per ticket (with the option to purchase a $10 red snapper tag). You will still be able to keep vermilion snapper, black snapper, porgies, grunts, red grouper, gag grouper (over 28 inches) and any other unregulated or fish in season.
Our main goal is to entertain and give you enjoyable and memorable offshore experience. With this program we feel we can also better fulfill your desires of having a delicious, fresh-caught fish dinner at the end of the day!
Tight Lines & Good Times aboard the Fish’n Xpress
on the beautiful Forgotten Coast.
The Fish’n Xpress is a family owned and operated
60ft x 20ft berth fish’n machine – a smooth
riding vessel with plenty of room. Our experienced
mates will be happy to teach you to bait your hook, remove fish from your line, put them on ice unless
you wish to release them, but we also know when to leave the “old salt” alone to enjoy a great day of doin’ what he/she does best… catch’n fish! We target a variety of snapper, grouper, flounder...and we do catch sharks! We also have lots of non-fishing fun: see dolphin play in the wake. Spot bait pods from the bow, watch for fly’n fish and sea turtles! Give us a call, and come on out for a safe, enjoyable and relaxing day of “deep sea fish’n”
NEW TRIP! Wicked Shark Fish’N – This is an extreme trip! We are targeting large, powerful,
known man-eaters. Click here for more details.
We are docked at the Port St. Joe Marina at 340 Marina Drive in Port St. Joe, Florida.
Having commercial fished for about 30 years I guess I'm a fair judge of captains and boats. If you want to have the best shot at taking home fish then you need to fish with Captain Billy. He works very hard to put you on the fish a lot harder than most of the head boat captains I have went with. He has a great crew who will do everything they can to make your trip as pleasant as possible. So if you want to have the best trip for the money, fish with Captain Billy and I may see you there.
The wife and I just got home and miss there already. Had a great time thanks to Captain Billy and deckhand Chris. Thanks for taking us out Shark fishing with only ten passengers and good conversation. Hope to come back soon. PS the bottom fishing is pretty Damn cool too.
Caught more fish than I ever imagined possible. You rock!
Shark fishing was so much fun! We appreciated your expertise and the boat was wonderful. The kids had a blast!
I just wanted to take time to thank you and the Captain and crew for a wonderful time aboard the Fish N' Xpress. Our crew of 14 loved our fishing trip, and we are planning another one... please thank everyone there for their hard work and dedication. Tell the Captain we will bring him a few Flying Tiger patches next time we see him. Until next time, keep up the great work!
The Fish’n Xpress is a wheelchair friendly boat!
